To meet the unique needs of developers and users of P2P software solutions and electronic content, Parallelspace Corporation has created SoftPasses International Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary, to develop, market, license and support Parallelspace's SoftPass™ family of solutions for Peer Activated Software Services.

TORONTO, CANADA - May 14, 2002 - Parallelspace Corporation, a Toronto-based business software and services company, announces today the creation of SoftPasses International Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary, to develop, market, license and support Parallelspace's SoftPass™ family of solutions for peer-to-peer software and electronic content licensing and activation.
