1. How can I customize the values in the ARTS drop-down lists?
   
   Answer: All of the values in the drop-down lists in the ARTS tool, the New action request dialog box and the Edit action request can be customized.
   
   To customize the values for these fields, hold down the ALT key and click on Reset Filters.
    
2. Can I export the data from ARTS into another application?
   
   Answer: Yes.  Hold down the CTRL key and press the C key (CTRL+C).  This will copy all of the action requests to the Windows clipboard.  The action requests can then be pasted into another Windows application (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Notepad, etc.) using Edit-Paste in the other application to copy the records from the Windows clipboard.
    
3. Can I use Microsoft Excel to modify an ARTS action requests database and the have the records added back into another ARTS tool?
   
   Answer: Yes.  Copy the action requests from ARTS to the Windows clipboard using CTRL+C (see above).  In Excel, paste the records into a spreadsheet using Edit-Paste (or CTRL+V).  Modify the records.  Do not delete or change the order of any of the action request columns.
   
   Then, select all of the rows in the Excel spreadsheet and type CTRL+C to copy them back to the clipboard.  Lastly, add a new ARTS tool to a Groove shared space and hold down the CTRL key and press V (CTRL+V).  This will copy all of the action requests from the clipboard into the ARTS database.
   
   NOTE: Pasting from the Windows clipboard into an ARTS tool replaces all of the records in the database for that particular ARTS tool.
